He knows enough English and probably reads English Newspapers. But as you can see in this picture - none of the fingers are pointing at him. Probably after a decade, when not him but France would have killed the EU, you will find him pointing fingers still. They are working at killing the USA anyway...they have been at it for a long time and I can not blame them for that. But I do wonder in that scenario if France may not have all its fingers pointing at itself with the other hand up its posterior...and pointing more vividly!
