Congratulations Jenna Lee Thomas and Eric Wright on the news of their upcoming marriage in August 2012.

How do we know Jenna Lee Thomas and Eric Wright are getting married? Well it's all thanks to the cunning plan cooked up by Mr. Wright that saw him proposing to his weather girl girlfriend live on-air last week.

The surprise proposal took place during one of Lee Thomas's five-day forecasts on Augusta, Georgia news station WJBF, where squeaks of delight were heard before she'd even finished telling the audience what weather to expect on Saturday.

Requiring the help of everyone from the weekend newsanchor Jillian Benfield to the show's runners, Wright's ruse saw him hiding in the studio's bathroom to leap out at the right moment to surprise her.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is dedication to the elaborate proposal planning cause, and quite frankly, Eric Wright, we salute you for it. Nice work that man.

if they do manage to get married how long will it last, couples dont last these days, it's a sad day when you see people so in love they want to get married, poor sole's, they havnt a clue whats ahead,

Show off. Would have been a cooler story if she had said NO on local TV that would have then become a national story. I mean she was basically forced to say yes.
