The Saturdays star Una Healy has expressed her sadness at spending Christmas apart from rugby player fiance Ben Foden.

The pregnant singer says the couple have decided to spend the holidays apart as it's the last year they will get the opportunity to spend it with their families before becoming a family of their own.

26-year-old Ben told the Daily Star: "We decided to spend it apart, which will be hard.

"But we figure this is the last year we can spend it with our families.

"Una always goes back to Ireland and I go back to mine, but next year we'll try and get everyone together.

"It's changing the ways after this year, so this is the last of the old ways. It'll be a nice farewell."

Una has had a good year after getting engaged to boyfriend Ben and falling pregnant. On her pregnancy the Mail Online quotes her as saying:

'We weren't trying for a baby. But we'd talked about starting a family and we're in a loving and committed relationship, so it wasn't a massive shock.

"I was over the moon. I plan on spending the rest of my life with Una."

Good for her!
