Ginger star Nicola Roberts has revealed her excitement at a possible reunion with her Girls Aloud bandmates this year.
Nicola and the rest of Girls Aloud Sarah Harding, Kimberley Walsh and Cheryl Cole had set tongues wagging after they've had hardly any contact with Irish member Nadine Coyle who is currently concentrating on other projects whilst living in Los Angeles.
Fans were left wondering if the group would reconcile without Nadine or if a reunion was on the cards at all.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Nicola said: "I can't believe it's been 10 years since Girls Aloud started. A big celebration with the band is definitely something to look forward to.
"We always constantly say that the fans have stood by us and supported us while we worked on solo projects and it's time for us to give something back."
The singer revealed her delight at the reception the five girls have received from fans online.
She said: "Now that we're all on Twitter, it's easy to see that the fans want it so much. It's lovely."
Nicola is currently working on a solo career but has denied she will be going back into TV presenting after her BBC 3 series The Truth About Tanning.
Nicola's new single Yo-Yo is out on January 9th.
