Cheryl Cole Tweets Ambiguous Message About 'Yo-Yo Relationship'

Cheryl's Twitter Mystery Solved

The showbiz world recoiled in horror last night when Cheryl Cole tweeted an ambiguous message about a relationship that kept 'pulling her back in'.

Surely she wasn't getting back with Ashley again was she?

But fear not, we shouldn't start throwing too many disapproving looks in Chezza's direction just yet as it appears the mystery message was in reference to Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts' new single.

Last night Cheryl tweeted to her 1.3 million followers:

"This relationship has had so many ups and downs, I know it inside out, its spinning out of control but somehow you always pull me back in. You play so many games w me #ifeellikeaYoYo (sic)."

Nicola's latest solo effort is called Yo-Yo and it appears Cheryl was digesting the song in her own special way.

While her message is not made from lyrics, Cheryl tweeted hours later that she had just been interpreting the song differently to the rest of us.

"One of the beauties of music is that you can interpret a song in your own way .. My girl @nicolaroberts #YoYo is out today.. So proud of you babe!!"

There you go, mystery solved!

Meanwhile, reports over the weekend that Cheryl and Simon Cowell were working on a new TV talent show together have been played down today.

However, a source told The Sun today that Cheryl has 'no plans' to work with Simon at the moment, but the pair are meeting over dinner later this week when he returns from his Barbados jaunt.

"Simon and Cheryl have been in touch for a while," the source told the tabloid. "He would work with her again, but there are no secret plans at the moment."
