Perhaps the best-known star from the child beauty pageant show, Isabella was at the Libation NYC venue on Monday for a charity event when the video was taken.

Achieving fame for her dress sense, attitude and startlingly forthright comments, Isabella recently made headlines by referring to another child beauty pageant star as being dressed up like "a hooker" by her mum. TMZ also has the video for that one, so if you're feeling brave, head this way...

But it's not just the US, mind. Just a week ago, a seven-year-old British girl was given a £7,000 liposuction voucher from her mother. A seven-year-old. With a liposuction voucher. And, as it turns out, a £6,000 breast enlargement voucher, which she'd been given previously. Of course.

Why is this child in a nightclub? Why is this "adult" prodding this child to sing this song?
Disclaimer: I like kiddie pageants, my daughter was on the circut for 16 years. No, I don't consiter children's pageants, in themselves, exploitation. That said, what these parents are doing to their children IS exploitation and should be stopped. This fake fame that these children have been thrown into by way of "Toddlers in Tiaras" is horrible. I'm starting to think that this "show" should be taken off the air. I remember when pageants could be a stepping stone to real careers in acting, music and modeling. I have met (in the old days) quite a few children who have worked for Disney, NYPD Blue, Universal, NY Undercover (shows my age), CSI, at the Grand Ole Opry and on and on. Handing out samples in front of restaurants and doing appearances at Nightclubs is NOT what pageants is suppose to be about.
