Baby porcupine meet mug, mug meet porcupine. Porcupine, be sure not to whack your head inside the mug... wait, no, there you go.
Irwin is the name of the porcupine in question, an "educational porcupine" at the Animal Rescue League Wildlife Centre in Verona, Pennsylvania.
To keep him on his toes, Irwin often has his meals given to him via these mind games. The meal this time around was some "Critical Care", a yummy, pudding-like sustance that herbivores like Irwin love.
Annoyingly, the Critical Care was at the bottom of this mug, requiring a little bit of inginuity from Irwin here - namely ramming his paw in and jiggling about a bit.
These porcupines are as clever as crows, it seems - though maybe we're going too far with that one...
