Pregnant Amanda Holden In Hospital

PA

Pregnant Amanda Holden has been admitted to hospital after reportedly experiencing labour pains.

The Britain's Got Talent judge did not attend the Blackpool auditions for the show today, and the Daily Mail reports her spokesperson confirming she was 'under observation' in hospital.

Amanda, 40, is believed to be over eight months pregnant.

The mum-of-one was expected to join her fellow judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams in Lytham St Annes this morning, but it is understood she was instead whisked away to an obstetrics unit at a nearby hospital.

A Britain's Got Talent spokesperson said the auditions would still be going ahead without her.

Amanda, who is mum to Lexi, five, tragically had a stillborn son seven months into her pregnancy last February. She and husband Chris announced she was pregnant with a little girl last August.

Let's hope Amanda is rested up and well and there is some exciting news of her new little daughter soon!
