X Factor Judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos Desperate For Simon Cowell To Give Them Second Go

Gary And Tulisa Desperate For Another Go

Gary Barlow and Tulisa Contostavlos say they would love to have another go on The X Factor judging panel.

The ITV1 show beat Strictly Come Dancing, Britain's Got Talent and Dancing On Ice to the best talent show gong at Wednesday night's National Television Awards.

The pair, who judged last year's series with Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh, said they hadn't heard from Simon Cowell about their future.

Speaking backstage, Tulisa said: "I'd love to come back but literally have no idea."

Gary added: "I'd love to come back as well. I think we're all just waiting to see what happens now."

Their comments come after Simon suggested Gary may not return to the show, saying he might be too busy with Take That.

Do you think Simon should give Gary and Tulisa another crack at judging? Let us know your thoughts...

Simon recently gave Gary, Tulisa, Louis and Kelly a "could do better" eight out of 10 for their efforts, and said there could be a reshuffle.

Last year's show suffered in the ratings battle against BBC One rival Strictly, but Tulisa said at the NTAs: "We'll just have to keep making things better and better."

Asked why she loved the show, the N-Dubz star added: "Everything about the way it works... you can never go wrong with voices and singing and people always want to find the next big musician.

"There are so many undiscovered stars out there... It changes music."
