Antony Cotton Denies 'Coronation Street' Feud With Jack P Shepherd and Ryan Thomas

'Corrie' Star Denies Feud

Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton has rubbished claims he has fallen out with co-stars Jack P Shepherd and Ryan Thomas.

Former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! campmate Antony mocked his pals on Twitter over the weekend after they jokingly accused him of name-dropping on the social networking site.

Antony, who plays Sean Tully in the Manchester-based soap, branded Jack P Shepherd, who plays David Platt, a "little irritant" and said Ryan Thomas has "a lot of time on his hands" due to lack of work in addition to his regular Corrie job playing Jason Grimshaw.

The star's comments prompted tabloid reports of a feud between the actors but Antony has since denied such claims.

Talking to Twitter, he wrote: "Slow news day today obvs. Breaking news!!! @ryanjamesthomas @JackPShepherd88 and I have a sense of humour. I know!!! Outrageous!!!"

He added: "But seriously though. I called @ryanjamesthomas and @JackPShepherd88 to my office first thing this morning and they issued this statement - 'We apologise unreservedly to the old boot. We promise to make him cups of tea whenever he wants'. I was unavailable for comment."

Oh, those naughty scamps!
