The Ultimate Accordion Cover Of A-Ha's 'Take On Me' (VIDEO)

WATCH: 'Take On Me' By A-Ha Covered By Five North Korean Accordionists

Admit it - when you woke up this morning, you weren't expecting to see five accordion players from North Korea playing their version of A-ha's immortal pop hit Take On Me, now were you?

But here we are, and here you are, about to watch everyone's favourite Norwegian pop band's best-known hit turned into an equally beautiful - if slightly reedier - squeezebox classic.

Shot in Pyongyang, North Korea, at the Kum Song school, it was organised by Norwegian artist Morten Traavik for the international arts and culture festival known as the 'Barents Spektakel', set to open in Kirkenes, Norway, on 8 February.

If you want to find out more about Traavik's work, take a look at his YouTube channel - but bear in mind... it's pretty weird.

Just to remind you of the original version of the song, and its fantastic video, we've added it here below for your convenience. Enjoy!
