Naked Snow Lovers' Facebook Page Banned - PHOTOS

Naked Hull Facebook Page Banned

Who knew that posting photos of yourself naked, in the snow, would get you kicked off Facebook?

Well, probably anyone who has read the Facebook terms which read that you must not post nudity.

But the irritating nudity clause slipped the mind of Hull's nude snow lovers. Their nude photos page has been taken down, and now they're outraged.

The Telegraph reports that the Lovers Of Naked Snow page, which had 2000 followers, was only set up last week, and was only there to become fodder for a charity calendar, has been removed

David Hanrahan, of east Hull, told The Telegraph: "I'm absolutely gutted they've taken it down."

This Is Hull And East Riding earlier called the shots "an internet hit" . They published a ruddy-cheeked* Lee Shaw posing naked in the snow playing darts.

The hardy men of Hull have a history of getting nuddy for charity. The Rugby club, Hull FC, sells a naked charity calendar.

If you were desperate to see some bare Hull brass, don't fret, there's a second page of those naked Hull snowmen that seems to have dodged the censors.

While they've yet to release the calendar, it might be worth donating them a quid or two. They might not have the patience for terms and conditions, but they sure do have, erm, balls.

*yep, the OTHER cheeks.

Not ALL Americans agree with what you view as a 'majority' viewpoint. Truth be known, the 'moral majority' is really neither.

Facebook strikes another blow for the prudification of society. Prudery is child abuse with good intentions and Facebook have been told about the evidence many times. There is absolutely no excuse for them to continue exporting US body-prejudice around the world. Don't they care that the USA has ten times the teenage pregnancy rate of the least prudish western countries?

Totally agree! The USA have a very mixed up view of life. Showing death and the mawkish interest in death (helicopter TV zooming in on an ambulance carrying W Houston for example?) but naked people!! OH NO!!! Let's face it, we're all born fully clothed...aren't we?
