Cheryl Cole Hits Back At Cher Lloyd Criticism On Twitter

'Unappreciation Is Ugly'

We've come a long way since Cher Lloyd was touted as Cheryl Cole's mini-me.

Despite the pair being inseparable on The X Factor in 2010, they are now officially at war after Cheryl used Twitter to publicly hit back at Cher's criticism of her singing.

But Cheryl looks to have issued a warning to the rising star via the social networking site telling her "unappreciation is ugly".

Cheryl tweeted to her 1.6m followers: "Be Careful who you kick on your way up .. They kick you twice as hard on your way back down.. #unappreciationisugly"

The spat was kick started when Cher was asked during an interview with Real Radio North West, if she would like to perform with Cheryl, when she said: "Maybe if she sings live with me!"

When asked if she thought it would be a challenge for Cheryl to perform live, Cher replied: "Well it is nowadays, when you haven't got the nifty little button to press."

Cheryl came in for criticism when she performed her single Fight For This Love on The X Factor in 2009 when she was accused of using a pre-recorded backing track.

We can't wait to see what Cher's next move is.
