Kate Winslet Claims Titanic 3D Is 'Extraordinary', Despite Her Acting

'I Wasn't A Very Good Actress'

Kate Winslet has revealed the 3D version of Titanic is "extraordinary".

The 1997 film is being re-released in 3D and Kate, who co-starred with Leonardo DiCaprio in the blockbuster, has already seen a few minutes of it.

The actress, 36, said she is very excited because a new generation will be able to experience the movie - and her kids, Mia, 11, and Joe, eight, will be able to watch it with her for the first time.

But Kate confessed it will be strange to revisit herself on screen as Rose so many years after she shot the original.

"I'm sure I wasn't really a very good actress. Seriously, we are talking about something that happened 15 years ago. It is a very long time ago.

"I've learned so much, and I've changed as a person so much since then. It is really quite weird. Can you imagine anything stranger? It's going to be like famous all over again, Titanic all over again!" she said.
