Beach Boys Announce World Tour For This Summer - Will They Come To The UK?

Are The Beach Boys Bound For The UK?

The reunited Beach Boys have announced dates for an extensive spring and summer world tour, just days after a get together at the Grammy Awards.

Brian Wilson and Mike Love teamed up with fellow original Al Jardine as part of a Beach Boys tribute at the Grammys - and now they're heading out on the road together for the first time since the late 1990s.

It will be the first time the trio has hit the road with both David Marks and Bruce Johnston, who sandwiched Glen Campbell in the surf pop band in the mid-1960s.

The 37 North American dates begin in Tucson, Arizona on 24 April and weave throughout the summer, ending in Belgium on 7 August.

There are currently no dates listed for the UK, but ticket vendors are standing by for concert postings.

The trek will include Bonnaroo in Tennessee and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, a two-night stand at New York's historic Beacon Theatre in May and a stop at the Hollywood Bowl on 2 June.
