A mortified 15-year-old girl switched on the TV to see her mother in stockings and suspenders in a cage while her father was dressed as Batman with a sex toy in his hand - at a swingers' club.
Her parents were so embarrassed by their daughter seeing their saucy antics that they took the TV company to court and won £160 each in damages.
They claimed their daughter had been emotionally upset by the programme on German TV and wanted huge compensation for her trauma!
A judge told them: "I understand your feelings and I would not like to be in your shoes."
But he rejected their claim for a large amount of compensation because he pointed out that they had gone voluntarily to the club and knew they were being filmed.
The couple argued that they thought their features would be pixillated out.
The production company admitted it had made this pledge to participants but said it had "simply forgotten" to do so.
The judge suggested that the production company and RTL pay the parents a small fee for their appearance and cover their legal expenses.
The couple agreed to accept just £160 each and their legal costs.
How embarrassing!
