Kate Moss's Arm Paralysed

Kate Moss

Kate Moss woke up at the Ritz hotel in London unable to move her right arm last weekend and has since been diagnosed with a nerve disorder, according to friends.

The supermodel was rendered temporarily paralysed because of a disorder called ulnar nerve entrapment.

A friend explained: "Kate was at the Ritz when she woke and had no feeling in her arm, which was terrifying. She saw the hotel's doctor and when she came back, she got a second opinion."

The 38-year-old star, who is about to move into her £7.25 million new home in Highgate, north London, with her husband Jamie Hince, is expected to make a full recovery.

But Jamie will have to do most of the unpacking as Kate has been in a lot of pain and was told the condition could take months to heal.

Kate's housewarming party plans have been put on hold following her hospital drama and she is unlikely to be using the state-of-the-art gym in her new pad, but no doubt the sauna and marble wet room will cheer her up.

I love how they're kind of putting little jokes here and there. Like, at least drinking will cheer her up, or her husband is gonna have to put all the luggage away because obviously she can't.

I wake up most day's and if I don't get to the toilet pronto, due to the effects of gravity I run the risk of sh**ing myself and if I have slept on my arm it feel's dead. I am then unable to wipe my ar*e.

She thought it was terrifying? I wake up every (italics) morning with a dead arm because I sleep in the recovery position (due to a morbid fear of choking on my tongue in the night). Sometimes, in a dozy state, I think it's actually fallen off. Try that for terror.

I once suffered this myself about two years ago but managed to cure it by the following method. A series of stringent and precise arm exercises to strengthen the back mussels of the neck. Needless to say after having an extensive 'Deep Scan ' I was told it was a trapped nerve in my neck for which they the Doctors said was ' NO Cure'.

That was the second time in my life Doctors and specialist have said there was ' NO' Cure< only to develop my own.

So it’s interesting and very annoying to read this: Billions squandered as the NHS fails to deliver @ http://nowtweet.it/z8o

I recently asked my GP to write a prescription for a simple yet very effective ' Nasal Wash ' which I have developed yet he refused, saying it was not the norm or words to that effect. You may read my comment into an article dealing with such a problem here @ http://nowtweet.it/j60 Do we now have to become our own medical experts or face the inevitable there is 'NO Cure '?
