With it being the run-up to the Oscars, many of the nominated stars are doing a lot more press than usual to keep their names in the voters' minds.

Instead of doing something so vulgar as taking people around his house or goofing off for the internet, Commissioner Gordon himself went thoroughly leftfield: reading out the plot synopsis of a particularly depraved Jersey Shore episode on Jimmy Kimmel's chat show.
The infamous (and wildly popular) reality TV show has gone on to inspire Geordie Shore and The Only Way Is Essex, with its breakout star Snooki publishing a book and attempting to start a Jordan-like business empire.
But never in its history has anything so classy and so refined touched Jersey Shore's shores. Gary Oldman, you are a hero. A hero with a slightly wonky mid-Atlantic accent, but a hero nonetheless.
