WHO: Henry Holland

IN A NUTSHELL: Henry Holland's Autumn/Winter show was named 'Ride It' and with leather cycling caps by Bernstock Spiers adorning many of the models' heads, (as well as Queen's Bicycle Race as the opening song), the sporty theme and red, blue and yellow colour palette made for another fun, visually vibrant collection.

BEG, BORROW OR STEAL: The houndstooth print dresses in a heavy, silk fabric (Alexa had her eye on it), striped jumpsuits in paintbox colours, sequin embellished shifts and the attention-grabbing fur coat in black and orange.

F-ROW: The usual Holland fan club - Pixie Geldof, Nick Grimshaw, Alexa Chung, plus Leigh Lezark and Jade Parfitt.

VERDICT: While the striped pieces that opened the show emphasised the sporty inspiration, they show got more sophisticated as it went on. The houndstooth print was repeated throughout the collection, from a subtle but sparkling sequin version of the pattern to the head-to-toe looks with coats and matching trousers. Unbuttoned cardigans worn over the shoulders and fur sleeves on jackets also brought a touch of femininity and maturity to the otherwise youthful collection.
