Jennifer Aniston was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday.
Her Just Go With It co-star Adam Sandler and Wanderlust castmates Malin Akerman and Kathryn Hahn were among those saluting the former Friends star at the ceremony as her boyfriend and Wanderlust co-star Justin Theroux and father, actor John Aniston, looked on.
Unveiling her star, the actress said: "It feels very surreal to be honest. I was born here and it's sort of something you went and saw as a kid and got excited about just walking and seeing the names.
"To imagine that you're going to be there is really special. It's fun."
Sandler also cracked jokes about Aniston's coveted haircuts and mocked her role in the 1993 horror film Leprechaun.
He quipped: "She prayed for three things: to have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her hair, to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame. Well, today, Jennifer, the trifecta is here."
Aniston, together with boyfriend Theroux and Judd Apatow favourite Paul Rudd, can next be seen in Wanderlust, in UK cinemas on 2nd March (out on DVD in late June)

It's no surprise that Justin Theroux fell for Jennifer Aniston after shooting Wanderlust - especially given the amount of screen-time the actress goes sans clothes....
I don't buy the Jennifer Aniston is a sweetheart. I think she is a very bitter person and not a good actress at all. Plus another one of her horrible movies bombed. Wonderlust came in 8TH place.

What a completely run-down place the Hollywood walk of fame is. Cracks in the pavement, cracks across the stars, repetition - as if they forgot someone already had a star 1km down the road. The shops look seedy, the buildings are run down, the Chinese cinema - paid visits which turn out to be a video! Police sirens, hustlers trying to flog tickets on buses to "see the stars' homes" I mean how sad is that? Who cares where they live, or don't live. I reckon the only time one of these actors sets foot in that area is to get their star (surrounded by massive security) or to go to the Kodak cinema in some grotty shopping centre - I was there last week by the way.
