One Direction star Harry Styles is leaving the boyband's rented apartments to move into his own £575,000 property.
The singer has apparently been looking to get onto the property ladder for the past few months and has finally found the perfect pad.
The 18 year old, who split from 32-year-old TV presenter Caroline Flack last month, has been shopping for furniture and gadgets online and will move out of the band's shared rented apartments in the next few weeks.
It looks like bandmate Louis Tomlinson can finally have some peace at last. He told The Sun the worst thing about living with Harry was "the constant stream of women coming through the front door".
One source told the newspaper: "Harry has enjoyed his time in the One Direction apartments but feels it's time he got his own space. He's made loads of money and has been encouraged to invest it - rather than splash out on things.
"He also knows the flat will impress girls. It's pretty special."
Luckily, he is only down the road from the other lads in east London. The only thing left is to decide is who will get to keep the boys' Brit Award on their mantelpiece.
