Three Arrested After Murder Of Two Women In West Yorkshire

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after the bodies of two women were discovered in a flat.

The unidentified women were found at the property on Barden Road in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, by police on Friday.

Two men, aged 19 and 23, and one 19-year-old woman have been arrested by on suspicion of murder by Kent Police and are in police custody.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said: "Officers were contacted by Kent Police at 4.47am this morning after a 19-year-old woman in Dover raised concerns for the safety of two women from the West Yorkshire area.

"The flat and the surrounding area has been sealed off while a forensic examination of the scene is undertaken."
