With heavy snowing preventing Eldhús getting to the Ranga river on day 8 of it's journey, lunch was finally served to our guest at this stunning location on Thursday (15th March). Paul and Eileen and Andrew and Louisa were given a fishing demonstration by our surprise guest Johannes a local salmon fisherman.
On a day with beautiful sunshine and blue skies our guests were treated to stunning scenery and delicious salmon lunch cooked by Haraldur, the chef at the hotel Ranga restaurant.
