Pedestrian Dog Walking Upright Video - Real Or Fake?

WATCH: Dog Walking Upright Video Goes Viral - But Is It Real Or Fake?

Readers, we need your help. There are a lot of videos out there on the web that look like they might be doctored by some Final Cut Pro wizards, and this is one of them.

As you'll see from clicking play above, the video in question shows a dog walking across a road. Sure, that doesn't sound that interesting, but the thing is that he's doing it on just two legs. That's right, he's walking upright. Like a human would. Across a road.

Once he's done trotting across a street like Napoleon in Animal Farm, he swiftly gets back down on all fours and carries on like a regular pooch.

But though we're willing to believe that dogs can pull off some pretty amazing tricks, such as balancing on a chain or sliding down a helter skelter, walking on two feet doesn't seem to work for us. Not for this long, and not over a road, anyway.

So what do you think? Dodgy video editing job or the real deal? Let us know in the comment box and poll below.

And for more examples of animals learning to walk like us humans, check out this video gallery of just that, kicking off with a Siamese cat... walking backwards.
