According to the company behind the event, 9Lives Adventures, the wheelchair actually makes the extreme sport much safer, helping prevent blackouts and keeping the whole thing a lot more stable. So that's nice.
We've seen another paraplegic person performing an amazing feat before - the world's first double backflip on a wheelchair. Check out Aaron "Wheelz" Fotheringham doing the seemingly impossible below, and prepare to wince. In a good way.
