The Apprentice returns tonight, but if you can't wait until 9pm, here are two clips from episode one of Lord Sugar's hit entrepreneurial show to whet your appetite.
Tonight the 16 candidates are split into two teams and briefed on their first task – buying £500 worth of blank material, from mugs to mouse mats, creating designs to printing on them and then selling their unique products to the public.

Squabbles notwithstanding, the candidates are then let loose to flog as many of their 'quality' products as possible, which is when the fun and games really begin...
