Hollywood's bright young things enjoyed a night at the Opera in New York last night.

Chloe Moretz, Emma Roberts matched their outfits with the black carpet as they stepped out for the Manon premiere at the Metropolitan.
Moretz opted for a strapless charcoal gown with a bow embellishment - a dress that looked adorable on the 15 year old, but wouldn't have had the same effect on anyone over the age of 18.
Which is probably why Heard went to the other end of the black dress spectrum by wearing a satin, backless, low-cut design. She paired her gown with cherry red lips and a volumised updo and as always, Amber looked drop-dead gorgeous in her glam gown.
As for Roberts, we have to give her some credit for bucking the dress trend and choosing to wear a jumpsuit instead. The result? She looked stunning in the super sleek design.
