Prince Harry Appears On Royal Wedding Anniversary Mug (PICTURE)

Prince Harry Mug

If you were making a mug in honour of the first anniversary of last year's Royal Wedding, what would you make sure was on it? Chances are, a quote about the special day, the royal crest, a picture of the happy couple, that sort of thing.

What you wouldn't want is a picture of Prince Harry instead of Prince William. That would be a mistake. A big mistake, in fact.

But would you believe it, that's exactly what's happened, with everyone's favourite red-haired royal - sorry Princess Beatrice - cropping up exactly where you weren't expecting him.

And so this image now joins the ever-increasing list of bodged and incredibly tacky royal memorabilia, as this startling picture gallery below - of Diamond Jubilee commemorative items - proves without a shadow of a doubt.

I THINK THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THEM NEVER EVEN NEW WHO THEY WERE.

Who did you think was going to keep her warm while Willi Wales is off flying 'dangerous' missions?

Didn't hurry's, ginger haired, real dad like his bit's of fluff to be married to other men?

As most of the pottery is now made abroad and then brought back to this country, to be sold, is it any wonder that they don't realise the picture is wrong. Bring back industry/manufacturing from abroad to this country where it is done properly. People should stop buying products made abroad especially from companies that relocated from here. Support Britain, get employment back here and let's get this country back on its feet and the unemployment numbers down. Same for call centres abroad; you speak to someone and they don't have a clue because they have no experience of this country. On a similar note, I was looking at the commemorative memorabilia for the Olympics. What an opportunity was missed to increase industry/manufacturing in this country and how sad that on all the goods it says made in Wherever. This was a great opportunity with the Olympics to get work and pride back in this country. I thought part of hosting an event of such magnitude was to also help with the country's economy. What's the point if it doesn't even say made in the country holding the event. It's all down to the top 5-10% and their greed for profit. When will they realise that soon there will be no one to buy anything because there are no jobs for people to earn money to buy things. But then they don't care, as they are already off exploiting the next place and next lot of people.

Are they actually offering them up for sale? I`d buy that for a dollar.

Really strange! People pay a fortune for misprinted stamps, 20p coins with the date missing are worth £50, to collectors anyway. Would you pay extra for a car with a wheel missing - probably not! I think this mug has a novelty value but I wouldn't pay much for one. Perhaps HuffPost had something to do with checking the design?

What mugs buy this rubbish? I got mugs of Charles and Diana wedding from 30 years ago. They gave them out at school, were told, no, ordered how to hold it till i got home.

It is completely worthless. Still got the coin too somewhere. I think the coin is now worth about £10 last time I checked.

The point is that the mug is of HARRY and Kate and not WILLIAM and Kate!!!! lol

I want one! These will SO be worth money in 50 years or so! :)

Cinders1. You have to keep the mug whole and uncracked for 50 years for it to be worth anything. It is too obvious and too many dumb investors will buy them, just like the Royal Mail First Day Covers. Funny story though! Prince Philip will love it.

I would certainly buy one - as a curiousity/converation piece and as an investment for my as-yet-unborn grandchildren!
I'm left feeling sorry for the people who made the mistake and the other employees who may lose their jobs.

I think this is hilarious ... talk about keeping it in the family lol !!!

It was amusing the first time around.

The same thing was done for the wedding. A cynical marketing ploy, mass-produced in the hope that fools will buy them hoping to make a fortune in 2 years time.

They will become collectors items, fetch a fortune on ebay
