The threesome were spotted having a fish pedicure (tiny fish nibble the dead skin off your trotters, for the uninitiated) at the Anesis Spa in London, all of which was being filmed by a camera crew, natch.
Cosy.
Katie's been seeing a lot more of her former lover Dane after recruiting the singer and producer to help her out on her forthcoming album.
It's all strictly platonic though, especially now Katie and Leo are officially back on.
Despite initially denying the pair were making another go of it after splitting last year, the model yesterday confirmed what we all knew already, tweeting: "I'm in love with Leandro Penna".
We'll hold off buying a new hat just yet.
