Russian football has been criticised for being inherently racist, but a lighter side emerged during the weekend's Spartak Moscow-Zenit St Petersberg clash.
Forget slap-dap bedsheet creations, on the continent they like to choreograph their support and in Spartak's case, it consisted of shoving a giant penis into the mouth of the Zenit lion.
Like a pop-up-book come to life, the Spartak fans made the "lion" give oral pleasure to the giant fallas they happened to have just lying around.
Alas it was Spartak who choked on the pitch, as they lost 2-1 to their visitors.
