Whitney Houston was found face-down in her bath after lying there for nearly an hour, the full autopsy report has revealed.
In the star's bathroom were a spoon, a small mirror and a rolled-up piece of paper.
Investigators found an unidentified white powdery substance and other drug materials in her hotel room.
The report also detailed the 48-year-old singer's physical afflictions, including a perforated nose, often associated with long-term drug use.
Last month, a coroner ruled that Houston had died from heart disease and the effects of cocaine use.
In the years preceding her death, the singer's battles with drug addiction were well documented, including her own candid admissions during interviews with Oprah Winfrey and Diane Sawyer.
Houston will be seen on screen later this year in the film Sparkle.
