Okay, perhaps 'fantastic' wasn't the perfect word to describe this loud habit of his, but it's certainly worth a watch.
Yapping and scrapping and yipping at the moving strips of plastic and rubber, it's a wonder why his owner, Raelynn, decided to take him along for the ride in the first place.
"This is Tank from Oklahoma," Raelynn explains underneath the YouTube video in question. "Thank goodness it doesn't rain here often, because he goes into attack mode once the wind shield wipers spring into action."
Perhaps he should turn this into some sort of marketable skill: "The dog who hates the rain!" If he could yap at it standing up, that would be even better, now we think about it...
