Johnny Depp Sued Over Claims Security Team Ripped Disabled Woman's Trousers Off

Johnny Depp is being sued by a disabled woman who claims she was roughed up by his minders at a rock concert in Los Angeles.

The plaintiff, who is listed as Jane Doe, has accused the Pirates of the Caribbean star's entourage of assaulting her at an Iggy and the Stooges concert at the Hollywood Palladium in December.

According to the lawsuit, the trouble started when Johnny's security guards tried to pry her iPhone out of her hands.

Things got even uglier when members of the actor's group allegedly dragged the woman through the venue's VIP area, causing her shoes and pants to fall off and "exposing her buttocks to the other Hollywood Palladium theatre patrons".

The anonymous woman says she suffered "injuries and extreme and outrageous humiliation" and was forced to abandon plans to return to work in 2012, despite having "several lucrative job offers in place".

She also claims Johnny saw the entire altercation and "was supplying direct supervision and management of his security guards and directing" their actions.

According to police comments to the original story in december (TMZ) the woman was WASTED!!...and some witnesses says that she is the one that attacked Johnny Depp

how can you file a case using a false name? or is she really jane doe? it also seems very convient that she had lots of lucritive work lined up and it sounds like shes wanting compo for this lucritive work that she can no longer do. why is that? cos shes got a rip in her pants or what?

If they were reaching for your phone, then you were probably taking pictures and/or video.
He has a right to privacy (as do we all).
I would not want strangers taking pictures of me out at the clubs.

Well, as it is a public place you are entitled to take as much film and pictures as you like. You certainly arn't allowed to put your hands on people because then it becomes a criminal offense. However the security team know all that so there must have been good cause.

Wrong!

Jane Doe (and John Doe), are merely temporary names given to anyone who's true identity cannot be correctly established, be they living or dead.

If someone genuinely doesn't know who they really are (through amnesia for example), and have no identification on them, or if someone doesn't want to admit who they really are (to the Police for example), then I suspect they are not really going to be that bothered about being referred to as Jane Doe (for a woman), or John Doe (for a man).
