The Killers' Saxophonist Committed Suicide

The Killers’ saxophone player Thomas Marth has been found dead in his home in Las Vegas.

TMZ says the 33-year-old’s death has been reported as a suicide.

Following the tragic news, The Killers released this statement: "Last night we lost our friend Thomas Marth. Our prayers are with his family. There’s a light missing in Las Vegas tonight. Travel well, Tommy.”

Marth played on the albums Sam's Town and Day & Age and toured with the group from 2008 to 2009.
