If we had our way, we'd have dogs in every news studio in the land. Jon Snow would get a Miniature Schnauzer, Huw Edwards would get a Sealyham Terrier, and, well, you get the idea.
As it is, it's only the Global News team in Canada who have one - that we're aware of, anyway. The name of the pooch in question is Storm, and he's the studio's 'weather dog'.
