Avengers Assemble, one of the most highly anticipated films to come out this year, has sold more pre-sale tickets than all previous Marvel films combined.
The film has a super hero dream team - boasting iconic Marvel characters Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. So economically buying a ticket for Avengers Assemble is great value for money – seven superheroes for the price of one.
Avengers Assemble has reportedly sold 3995% more pre-sale tickets than Captain America: The First Avenger did, at the same point in the sales cycle, according to movietickets.com.
Their estimations also claim that it has vastly outsold the pre-sales for Thor, Iron Man and Iron Man 2.
The film was released on Thursday 26th April. So excuse me, I'm off to get a ticket. Fingers crossed they aren't all gone.
