A quiz to identify the logos of some of the world's best-known brands has soared to the top of the app charts this week.
Logos Quiz Game, which asks users to guess brand names from hundreds of company logos, topped both the free iPhone and iPad charts, according to Apple's App Store Official UK Charts.
There was a slight fall in the recent popularity of Draw Something, which has dominated the app charts in recent weeks.
The paid-for version of the game, where players sketch something which their opponents then have to guess, finished second in the iPhone chart and third in the iPad chart.
It was beaten by smartphone messenger app WhatsApp Messenger which came top in the paid iPhone chart. The app allows users to instantly get messages from anyone in their network.
Meanwhile, Shark Dash by Gameloft rose to the top of the paid-for iPad chart. The game, described by its designers as "highly addictive", has a cartoon style design and allows users to play as character Sharkee.
