Amanda Holden has a saucy secret - she couldn't resist watching Tulisa Contostavlos' sex tape online.

The X Factor judge was left mortified when footage of her having fun with an ex-boyfriend leaked on the web.

Fans flocked to Google to hunt down the tape and Amanda admits she was one of the many who watched it.

Speaking to Alan Carr on his Chatty Man show, she said: "It's a terrible thing to confess but everyone wants to see it. It was her."

The blushing blonde couldn't help but drag her new Britain's Got Talent co-star into her grubby admission, adding: "Alesha sent me the link."

Amanda's confession comes a week after the former N'Dubz star welled up on Alan's sofa after he grilled her about the scandal.

But despite her upset, the singer believes the leaked tape has earned her more fans because of her honesty about it.

She told the comic: "I'm thinking, 'Oh God, my career could be over - the whole UK thinks I'm a s**pper.' I have been surprised by how nice everyone has been. I haven't done anything wrong, so any normal person would be like, 'She's human'.

"Everyone does it. Such a big deal has been made out of it that I feel like a b**ody alien."
