We've had Mark Wright and Lauren Goodger, Mario Falcone and Lucy Mecklenburgh, Sam Faiers and Joey Essex... and we could soon be adding Amy Childs and Olly Murs to that errrm, esteemed list of Essex power couples.
Yep, the former TOWIE star has admitted she's got a heeeeuuuuge crush on the singer and has publicly asked her mate, DJ Scott Mills to fix them up.
During an appearance on this week's Britain's Got More Talent, Amy asked Scott to introduce them, saying: "You know Olly, he's hot. Can you get us an introduction? I've got a huge crush. We could be the new Essex power couple."
It's all been a bit quiet on the romance front for Amy since she split from her city broker boyfriend Joe Hurlock last July to focus on her career. She had even previously named Olly as one of the men she'd been linked with during her relationship with Joe.
At the time she told New! magazine: "We're going through a bit of a rough patch. It's hard for Joe because he isn't famous. And I'm linked to a different bloke every week - Olly Murs, Peter Andre, Arg. It's hard for him."
And last August she slammed rumours she was seeing Olly. Speaking to Buzz magazine she said: "I recently read that me and Olly Murs are trying to make a go of things. I have never met Olly in my whole life!"
But that could be about to change as not only is Scott apparently on the case with Olly but the X Factor star is single and ready to mingle.
He told The Sun recently: "I'm having a bit of a nightmare. Name me a single girl in the industry who's young, hot and not taken. There ain't any. I'm scraping the barrel."
Come on Olly, what are you waiting for?
