Britain's Got Talent Review: Fourth Live Semi-Final, Chica Latina Entertains, Sam Kelly & Nu Sxool Get Through

BGT Semi-Final 4: 'Sexy' Chica Latina Takes on J.Lo - But Who Made It Through?

Britain's Got Talent fans were expecting the sauciest act of the night to be burlesque dancer Beatrix Von Bourbon, however, that title went instead to "sexy" Chica Latina, a Spanish-Columbian singer who says she wants to follow in the footsteps of Tina Turner.

Burlesque Beatrix once again stripped - this time dancing to Fever by Beyonce and protecting her modesty with the help of a smiling Dec and a purple feather boa. However, her spirits were dampened when Alesha said: "What I saw bored me," and Amanda agreed: "Your first audition was sexier."

Meanwhile, Chica channelled her inner J.Lo with her rendition of the star's hit On the Floor, but received a great reaction from the judges. David commented: "You ooze sex," and Alesha added: "I think Simon should sign you to Syco, no matter what happens." Simon summed it up: "You're very, very naughty."

Unfortunately, "sexy" wasn't enough to see Chica or Beatrix through to the finals. Instead, it was Irish singer Sam Kelly who gained the viewers' votes.

His rendition of Iris by Goo Goo Dolls was a touch of class amongst tonight's brash acts. "That was astonishing," said David before reeling off some of Simon's best cliches. Alesha exhaled: "I love you," and Simon noted: "You sound like a recording artist." Where have we heard that before?

In second place came ANOTHER dance troupe Nu Sxool - the youngest dance group on the show. The cute gang were told by David: "You should be in the final." And now they are.

Here's a round-up of the best of the rest...

After roping Alesha into their magic tricks, Swedes Brynolf & Ljung shocked the judges. "I don't usually like magic but I love you two," exclaimed David. And Simon said: "I've got to applaud you." Even Dec chimed in - he called them the best magic act ever on Britain's Got Talent… then struggled to pronounce their names.

Super-cute Malaki broke hearts when he sang a beautiful version of No One by Alicia Keys. David said: "That is the greatest comeback of all time." "It was a huge improvement on your audition," agreed Amanda. The confident 9-year-old boy managed to blow a kiss, and receive one back from Alesha.

Comedian Gatis Kandis from Latvia tried to chat up the females in the BGT audience and got Simon choking on his glass of water. "You're the funniest Latvian comedian in the world," said David, which meant a lot to Gatis. "You're hysterical," cackled Alesha.

The Sugar Dandies danced their baby blue suits off to I am what I am by Gloria Gaynor. Simon quickly pressed his buzzer but the rest endured the camp performance. "You remind me of me and my Simon when we first met… it was pure joy," said David. But ex-Strictly judge Alesha "wasn't sure they could win the competition".

When Girl band Be Minor sang The Clapping Song mixed with Nancy Sinatra's These Boots Are Made For Walking, it all seemed a little bit Little Mix/Girls Aloud. David said: "I wouldn't be surprised if my Simon made you sign a record contract tonight." Simon admitted he "sees great potential" in the girls, so watch this space.
