She's turned heads in a number of daring dresses on the red carpet of late, but Cameron Diaz chose to play it much more conservative at the premiere of her new film last night.
Cam showed off her best office chic in a sheer white blouse and tailored black high-waisted trousers at the New York screening of What To Expect When You're Expecting.
The film - about four couples as they prepare to become parents - also stars Brooklyn Decker, Elizabeth Banks and Chace Crawford, who were also on the red carpet in the Big A.
There was one noticeable absentee from the cast - Jennifer Lopez was a no-show.
However, the UK premiere will be a more star studded affair as it's been confirmed Cheryl Cole is to attend, after making a cameo appearance in the film.

She'll take to the red carpet with Cam on 22 May at London's BFI IMAX cinema on the Southbank.
