her accent didn`t bother me, it was her soft sqeeky voice. I just never warmed-up to her and her family moving in and taking over the rovers ... it just came out of no where, which i guess is realistic, but it just never felt right.

I liked her, it's a shame that she was criticised so much for her accent. Why didn't they just let her speak in her normal accent instead of foisting a northern accent on her.
Don't the people in charge realise that there are folks in this country who travel to get work and it's not unusual for a southerner to work outside of London or a northerner to work somewhere other than the north.
She's a good actress and that's what should matter in the end but it looks as if she's had enough of this stupid criticism about her accent.
