Rihanna has opened up about her punishing schedule in a revealing new video that is sure to shock her fans.

The singer - who was rushed to hospital this week suffering from exhaustion and dehydration - reveals how she once broke down over how her busy schedule was depriving her of sleep.

In the new behind-the-scenes video which she recorded in the run up to the release of her latest album Talk That Talk, Rihanna said: "This is the craziest schedule I've ever been on in my entire life. One morning I woke up and I started f***ing crying so hard.

"I cried for like 10 minutes really hard in my pillow then I got up.

"It was because I ran into a dead end. There's nothing you can do about the situation - that's when the tears come down."

Following her admission to hospital this week her brother Rorrey has blasted her management for working her too hard.

He told the Daily Star: 'I could see this coming. Her management have been working her a 13-hour day. She's been exhausted for months.'
