New mum Una Healy had a rare day off yesterday when she attended the Rugby For Heroes Gala dinner at Twickenham stadium, which also gave her the chance to catch up with her BFF Zara Phillips.

The Saturdays' singer became friends with the Queen's granddaughter through her fiancé , rugby star Ben Foden, who is good friends with Zara's hubby, Mike Tindall.

Una - who only gave birth to daughter Aoife Bell in March - showed off her enviable post baby figure in a floor length, strapless, butterfly print dress.

Una later tweeted that Aoife was off for her immunisations later today, saying: "Taking Aoife Belle for her first injections this morning. I hope she doesn't find it too painful :("
