We make no apologies for this - we have missed Lady Gaga parading around half naked.

In the lead up to her Born This Way Ball tour, we hadn't seen much of her flesh for, ooohhh, at least two months, but now she's taken the show on the road it's business as usual.

As she posed with her photographer friend Terry Richardson backstage at her gig in Tokyo, she obviously felt the occasion was right to whip out her left boob, as you do.

Her modesty was protected - just - by some black gaffer tape she'd stuck over her nipple.

Posting the snap on Facebook, she wrote: "Yes Tokyo! Tonight was the first BTWBall that I didn't puke during show (yes its that hard) Tonight was happiness, joy, gratitude. I'm the lucky one Japan. You are so special. xoxoxxxo Love, gaga+terry."

The poor lamb has been struggling with the tour's gruelling dance routines recently and was regularly dashing off stage to vomit out of the sight of fans.

And when you see the sheer amount of people she's performing too, it's not exactly a surprise she's feeling a wee bit nervy.

In another snap she posted on Facebook she revealed the crowd at the Tokyo gig writing: "Oh my goodness, I just saw this photo of the arena last night! All of those lil monsters! We've come so far..."
