WHAT? In her typical attention-grabbing fashion, Rihanna was snapped out in NYC yesterday afternoon, flaunting her toned abs in a tiny black bandeau top (essentially a bra) and matching high-waist baggy trousers. A long white jacket helped preserve her modesty.
