We all know that Imogen Thomas has a terrrrribly hard life taking off her clothes and pouting for the cameras.

And after yet another busy day being all sexy and that, Imogen had worked up a big appetite so decided to reward herself with a cupcake as she posed in her smalls.

Natch she felt the need to share it with us all on Twitter.

As she posted it online, she wrote: "Here u go my lovelies. I've worked hard so I deserve a cup cake ;-) xxx"

Last month Imogen opened up about her weight issues in an exclusive blog for us, admitting that sweet treats were her weakness.

"My problem is that I absolutely love my food so I find it difficult to control my weight. To make up for it I exercise a lot, but exercise alone is not enough," she said.

"And whilst I adore all things sweet, I know I must change my attitude to eating, if I am to get to grips with my weight and shape.

She added: "My body and weight has always been a concern for me. I know people might look at me and think that I have the great body and that when I mention my issues, they assume I am just seeking attention. But to me it’s real."
