Katherine Jenkins had to seek medical attention on Dancing With The Stars on Monday after suffering quite the injury.
The Welsh star suddenly stumbled while performing her salsa routine with partner Mark Ballas on the American answer to Strictly Come Dancing.
She covered her face in her hands and fought back tears as the judges delivered their verdict.
Backstage, the tearful classical singer explained: "I just felt my back go as I bent back. I'm so sorry if I've let you down, Mark."
When the show went off the air, Katherine immediately sought medical attention and later tweeted: "Thank you for all your concerned tweets... I'm with the Doctor, he says it was a reflectorical spasm in my lower back."
Mark also took to Twitter to apologise to viewers, writing: "Sorry guys we couldn't finish our dance. Katherine hurt her back, I tried my best not let her fall at the end."
Katherine will find out tomorrow if her performance was enough to put her through to the final next week.
