After what seemed like the longest celeb pregnancy in the history of errm, celeb pregnancies, Jessica Simpson finally popped at the start of this month but it's taken until now for us to catch a glimpse of little baby Maxwell - and here she is courtesy of US magazine, People.
Unlike most celebs, Jess hasn't shared any snaps of her daughter with fans on the likes of Twitter, which might have something to do with the $800K she was rumoured to have been paid by the mag for the exclusive snaps.
Proud new mum Jess looks glowing on the cover as she cradles Maxwell - who weighed in at 9lbs 13oz when she was born - in her arms.
It's the American star's first child with fiancé Eric Johnson who she is rumoured to be walking down the aisle with at the end of this year - that's if they can both stop staring at their new arrival.
"We stare at her all the time," Jessica told the mag. "We can't get enough!"
