Never mind the flotilla on the Thames, there's a far more impressive spectacle to look out for during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations this weekend - a 'bum-off' between Kylie Minogue and Pippa Middleton.

Did we actually just write that?

The pop princess has admitted she'd challenge the Duchess of Cambridge's little sis to a battle of the bums if she runs into her at the Diamond Jubilee Concert, which she is performing at.

Speaking to Alan Carr on his show Alan Carr: Chatty Man she said: "I'm going to have to. I'll definitely have to [bend over and] pick something up off the ground."

The singer then teased the studio audience with a cheeky taster by bending over to fluff some cushions as she wore a fitted hot pink dress.

Kylie wasn't quite so forthcoming about what she has planned for her performance but did give a little hint about what she is due to sing.

"I can't tell you too much about the performance," she said. "But what I can say is I'm doing a medley."

Hmmm, we wonder if those gold hotpants are going to put in a special appearance.
